COMMANDS TECHNIQUE

While affirmations change beliefs and thought patterns, commanding/ordaining is a tool for focusing our intentions to create our lives consciously, based on the premise that we are in control of our destinies and create our experiences in every moment with our thoughts and intentions. Commanding or ordaining actually moves creative energy in our lives and shapes it according to our own intentions. Affirmations affect our thinking and commands affect our experience. Affirmations are great at creating change that involves the Self only, while commanding/ordaining are great for creating anything that involves the energetic participation of others in addition to the Self.

Commanding or ordaining is simply stating out loud to the Universe, Spirit, God, etc. what is is you are intending for your life experience. Spirit can only respond in one way, and that is, "And So It Is!" because under Universal Law, nothing outside of ourselves can interfere with our free-will or our experience. Nothing can happen to us or for us without our explicit consent on some level. This includes all the negative things that happen to us. On deeper, higher levels we created these painful, negative experiences because we had something to gain from it, be it a lesson, a gift-in-disguise, karmic balancing and so on. The point is, we truly are the dictators of our lives. We are the Captains of our Ships. We are the Directors of our Plays.

So commanding or ordaining is claiming that which you are intending for your experience. Same rules apply as with affirmations:

1. Command or ordain out loud.
2. Use present tense only - stating it as though you already have or are what you want.
3. Use positive words only. Any negative words such as, "not", "no", "never", etc. can have a negating effect.
4. Incorporate positive feelings by conjuring the feelings of how you will feel once you do have what you want.

For example, if I were to create a new car that has a moon roof, is reliable and is green, I would create it by commanding, "I do hereby command (or ordain), that I am the owner of a green car that is very reliable and has a moon roof." This would set creative energy into motion and start moving the game pieces, so to speak, to change the reality in a way that would incorporate my having a green, reliable car with a moon-roof. It would involve other people who have agreed to participate on some level to help bring it into motion. It's kind of like once you state your intent in this way, Spirit gets to work gathering other beings asking who wants to participate and some will stand and some will say no thank you. It's a synchronistic dance that is quite amazing if you think about it! Please contact me if you have some specific examples you'd like me to post.
