EMOTIONS TECHNIQUE

The emotional virus lives and thrives in the gap between expectations and perceived reality.

Our thoughts are the fuel for our intentions, so keeping our thoughts in support of our true intent, as opposed to the lack of what we want, is the most important aspect of becoming a conscious creator, which is why I am presenting the Emotion Check first. This is one of the most important things anyone can learn who desires to become fully conscious creators of their lives, and it's beneficial in all areas of one's life as well.

As we all know, thoughts are not the easiest thing to keep track of and control over, so the best way to do this is through the emotions. Our emotions tell us in every moment wether we are aligned with our true intent or if we are thinking against it. The farther we are from our true intent, the more negative we will feel emotionally.

Some negative emotions would include: boredom, pessimism, frustration, irritation, impatience, disappointment, doubt, worry, blame, discouragement, anger, revenge, hatred, rage, jealousy, insecurity, guilt, unworthiness, fear, grief, depression, despair, powerlessness, and so on.

When our thoughts are in support of what we are wanting to create, then we will feel positive emotions, such as: joy, knowledge, empowerment, freedom, love, appreciation, passion, enthusiasm, eagerness, happiness, positive expectation, belief, optimism, hopefulness, contentment, and so on.

So the point here is to stay mindful of our emotions and what we're experiencing in any given moment along the emotional spectrum, and then to take action to improve our emotional state if need be. The way to do this is simply by thinking any thought that takes our emotions to a higher level.

This is very important, because when our emotions are expressing in any of the lower-vibrational states, this means we are in the process of creating something that goes against our true intent. It's the intent that matters (that makes up the matter) but it's our thoughts that fuel this intent, and our thoughts can drive the creational energy in either polar direction along the stream of any given intent. This is because we live in a world of polar opposites and no one thing can exist without an opposite available to experience. So when we are bringing something into creational experience, we are also bringing in it's opposite, and our thoughts can take us in either direction in that creation.

So in summation, checking the emotions on a regular basis is an invaluable tool in keeping us in alighment and in harmony with what we are wanting to create. For example: Let's say I've been trying to focus intent to create a new job. But then fall into habitual patterns of thought and reaction to these thoughts come up as emotions. The habitual thoughts are those of doubt, such as "I'll never find a job that pays what I want" and so on. These create emotions that are less than positive because they go against what I want to create. So if I get into the habit of checking my emotional state, I would acknowledge the emotion (doubt, lack of initiative, etc.). I would then try to raise these emotions by thinking of something that makes me feel better, such as imagining myself making the money I want, sitting in an office I love, and so on.
